For almost 30 years, I have helped individuals and families with their Estate Planning and Elder Law needs.
My passion for estate planning was ignited by my father. A physician in Riverside, he was the smartest person I knew. He treated his patients with exceptional care and expertise and showed me what it means to serve others in their time of need.
When I was 18, my mother passed away and my father had to probate her estate — a process that lasted years. That experience convinced him that no one should go through probate if it could be avoided. Knowing I was drawn to law rather than medicine, he encouraged me to consider estate planning as a career. He helped me see how thoughtful planning could ease the anxiety people feel when facing issues of incapacity and death. My expertise in elder law allows me to guide clients through the challenges of Alzheimer’s and other chronic conditions with confidence — rather than the feeling that they are simply lurching from crisis to crisis.
I am a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles. I also hold an MS in Applied Biometry from the University of Southern California, an MA in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and a BA in English from the University of California, Riverside.
I am actively involved in my community and support many worthy causes. I have served on numerous boards, including the Riverside Community College District Foundation, the Riverside Public Library Foundation, the Parkview Community Hospital Medical Center Foundation, and the Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center.
